Butterscotch and cream cheese over a pecan crust.

Derby Pie
Chocolate chip cookie pie. Wonderful served warm topped with vanilla ice cream.
Peanut Butter Trifle
Layers of chocolate fudge and peanut butter mousse over pound cake.
Strawberry Pistachio Trifle
Strawberries layered in a creamy pistachio filling over angel food cake.
Fruit and custard Trifles are available.
The Bombe
Yellow cake layers filled with strawberries, raspberries and flavored whipped cream.
Chocolate Bars
Sweet combination of chocolate and brownie type crust with a touch of caramel.
